Mrs. Victoria Abiola Ajayi (FCCA, MBA, M.CIoD) will serve as a panellist at the forthcoming MARKETING EDGE National Marketing Stakeholders Summit, slated for 25th September, 2015.

Executive Leadership Role

She serves as a seasoned business executive and currently functions as the Group Managing Director/CEO at TVC Communications, owners of TVC News, TVC Entertainment, Max FM Lagos, Max FM Abuja, Yanga FM & Adaba FM, reaching a combined audience of over 27 million people daily across their various platforms.

Governance and Boardroom Experience

She brings extensive governance and boardroom experience, serving as an elected member of the global governing council of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), where she also acts as the Vice Chair of the Audit Committee.

In addition, she currently sits on the Board of a gender finance and impact investment Fintech as well as on the board of a financial institution.

Advocacy for Women in Leadership

Victoria actively advocates for women’s leadership and mentors many rising female leaders aspiring to develop their capacity for executive and strategic leadership. She authored the book The Precision-Led Woman, A Definitive Guide to Landing Leadership Positions.

She also runs a YouTube channel, where she educates and inspires women to become top performers in their chosen fields of interest.

She has earned recognition as one of the top 100 Career Women in Nigeria, 50 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria, 65 Women Making Impact in Nigeria and, more recently, Media CEO of the Year.

Academic Background

Victoria obtained a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a Master’s in Financial Management from Liverpool John Moores University, U.K., and a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

She also graduated from executive programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School and Harvard Business School.

She belongs to the Institute of Directors and The Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria.
