What we are looking at here is the rise of fintech, innovators, and those people that are thinking out of the box and are enabling either transactions or services or looking at recruitment practices that are different now. The fusion between marketing and technology; how marketing is evolving and how they are using this to either gain customer share in the market, acquire new customers, sustain customers and disrupt” she added.
