Meet OAAN’s 5 new inductee agencies

To promote professionalism and demonstrate corporate solidarity, five new agencies have been inducted into the membership body of the Out-of-home Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN). This was contained in an exclusive list sent to MARKETING EDGE by the association.
According to Mrs. Chiddy Ibiam, General Manager of OAAN’s Secretariat, the five new agencies were inducted into the association to be reckoned among other leading 97 member agencies in the industry.
“For induction of new members, there were five of them; two had been admitted before that time but what we did later was formal induction for them. We then inducted three fresh members. So in all, five new members were inducted,” she said.
The five agencies are already showing-off their trailblazing concepts with some innovative impressions and statements as solution providers to various brands.
These are: Eyekontact Limited by Mr. Adeniyi Ganiyu Banji; Landmark Exposures Limited by Mr. Micheal Akinwole Osewa; Nimbus Media by Mr. Wale Adegoke; Outdoor Warehouse Limited by Mr. Chidi Michael Agu and St. Strada Media Limited by Mrs. Okolo Amaka Ann, respectively.
MARKETING EDGE reliably gathered that this transitional phase will enable these agencies to achieve corporate excellence, foster inclusiveness among professionals and also allow them to enjoy the provision of protection of interest of members against any discriminatory or repressive legislation and wanton destruction by external forces.
In view of this, OAAN therefore, has reaffirmed that it is committed to promoting and sustaining the recognition of the association to develop a vigilant, informed and active membership, which is conscious of its rights, interests and obligations. The association restated that it remains alive to its professional responsibilities and maintains an effective safeguard against abuse.
