MARKETING EDGE on TV hosts Babaeko tomorrow

Foremost brand-centric and advertising television program, MARKETING EDGE on TV will be hosting the President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria AAAN and Chief Executive officer of X3M Ideas, Steve Babaeko tomorrow on TVC News DStv Channel 418 at 12:30 pm.

The programme which comprises industry news, analysis, and interviews will also air on WAP TV tomorrow at 8 pm with a repeat broadcast Thursday at 9 am.

In this interview, the president of AAAN will be continuing the conversation he started last week where he spoke about the renewed mandate to pilot the affairs of the association for another two consecutive years as well as plans for the new dispensation.

This week, he will talk about the growth trajectory of his agency, X3M Ideas for the last ten years as one of the leading creative powerhouses in Africa delivering excellent and iconic creative works that have earned it several continental and global recognitions.

Steve Babaeko is a world-renowned expert on creative advertising and marketing communications. He is the President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN), a position he was elected into in 2020.

Before his inevitable transition to that position, he was the Chairman of the board of Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF) and a member of the board of the International Advertising Association (I.A.A), Nigeria. Outside of advertising, he also served as the Chairman, Public Relations Committee of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce.

For more than 23 years, Steve has helped create some of the most iconic marketing campaigns in Africa and is currently the only Nigerian named in Adweek’s elite list of 13 Global Creative leaders in 2019. He has also served on the Grand Jury of the New York Advertising Festival for over three years and was a keynote speaker at the 2018 International Advertising Association conference.
