Olusoji-Oke joins Terragon Group as CFO

Digital solutions company, Terragon has announced financial strategist, Olaide Olusoji-Oke as its Chief Financial Officer.

In her new capacity, Oke will be tasked with leading Terragon’s Finance Team, overseeing the development of annual financial strategy, plans and policies to support the achievement of the company’s corporate strategy across its regional markets in Africa, specifically, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and globally.

Prior to joining Terragon, Olusoji-Oke had extensively served as Chief Financial Officer for notable organizations of including Gas Train/PNG Gas Limited, and ARM Investment Managers Limited. She also worked as General Manager, Finance and Portfolio Operations at EchoVC (Offshore) Management Limited, Mauritius.

The financial strategist has a proven track record of over two decades of professional expertise in auditing, business assurance, strategy, planning, treasury management, venture capital, liquidity management, investors’ relationship, IFRS financial reporting across several verticals including oil and gas, healthcare and investment.

Commenting on her appointment, Terragon said: “Her appointment will strengthen the implementation of Terragon’s financial strategy and performance and drive the company’s growth through pan-African adoption of Terragon’s products such as the Enterprise Customer Data Platform and the TerragonPrime marketing platform for SMBs. Her wealth of relevant experience and expertise across different industries will be immensely valuable in further propelling Terragon’s stellar achievements in the African data and marketing technology space.”

She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands.
