MARKETING EDGE on TV hosts Medebem this Wednesday

MARKETING EDGE on TV, Nigeria’s leading brand-centric, advertising, and marketing television programme, urges its esteemed viewers to tune in this Wednesday, on TVC News DStv Channel 418, at 12:30pm and WAP TV at 8pm. Tolulope Medebem, the newly first female elected President of the Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria, EXMAN, and Lead Consultant of Aster Integrated Marketing Limited will be the guest. There will also be a repeat broadcast of the programme on WAP TV at 9:30am on Thursday.
Medebem will be featured on the Industry Conversation segment of 30 minutes wholesome TV package. Other segments of the Show are Brand News and Brand in Focus. In the interview, she will be speaking on her assessment of the experiential marketing landscape in recent times, with regards to the various shifts in its mode of business operations aimed at satisfying clients and consumers through experiential engagements.

Medebem ’s work covers a wide spectrum of industries having worked on multinational accounts which include MTN, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Multichoice, M-Net & Supersports, Miss Commonwealth (Nigeria & International), V-Mobile and Zain (now Airtel), Procter & Gamble (P&G), British American Tobacco (BAT), First Inland Bank, and Intercontinental Bank amongst many others.
Medebem who holds a degree in Dramatic Arts from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, in Nigeria, is also a graduate of the China European International Business School (CEIBS) / WELA Programme. In 2016, she was one of 500 women selected to pioneer the EDC/Cherie Blair Foundation Road to Women’s Business Growth programme. In 2020, Medebem was also awarded as one of Africa Woman’s leaders by the World Women Leadership Congress.
She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, Certified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIMN). She became a facilitator for LSETF after undergoing training with LBS / Lagos State. She’s also a Unido/HP certified trainer, currently volunteering with Lagos State as a facilitator for the RSW (ReadySetWork) programme.
