London International Awards and Transatlantic showcase creative brilliance

The London International Awards (LIA) recently concluded its judging event with a special edition of “Transatlantic” presenting “Ocean’s Seventeen,” featuring Alessandra Gomes, the Executive Creative Director at McCann Health Brazil. Hosted by Simone Nobili, this season of “Transatlantic” showcased 17 new Jury Presidents, paying homage to the renowned 2007 film, “Ocean’s 13,” set in Las Vegas.
Recorded live at Encore @ Wynn, Las Vegas, from October 7th to 15th, 2023, this season of “Transatlantic” unfolded concurrently with the LIA judging sessions. Simone engaged in “The 7 Seas Interview” format, delving deep into the lives and creative journeys of the esteemed guests, unearthing untold narratives.
In Episode 10 of Season 2, Alessandra Gomes graced the stage, offering insights into her prolific career and unwavering passion for creativity. Hailing from McCann Health Brazil, Gomes exuded a fearless approach towards challenges, embodying a vibrant zest for life.
Reflecting on the Creative LIAisons program, 2023 LIA Jury Presidents shared their perspectives on nurturing the next generation of creative talent. Joel Simon, CEO/Chief Creative Officer of JSM in New York, commended LIA’s commitment to fostering learning opportunities for emerging creatives. He emphasized the significance of the Creative LIAisons program in nurturing young talents, expressing his personal gratification in engaging with the aspiring creatives.
Adam Ferrier, Chief Thinker at Thinkerbell, lauded the remarkable creativity showcased by young talents during the Creative LIAisons program. He marveled at their ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines, underscoring the evolution of creative processes in the industry.
