Top brands Jostle for recognition at customer service awards

Top Nigerian brands like Zenith bank, GTB, Airtel, Etisalat and Access bank have been nominated for honours at the Nigeria Customer Service Awards NCSA 2016. The award is the crowning moment of the 2016 Global Customer Service Week which holds between October 5th and 6th 2016, at the Civic Centre, Lagos.

The theme of the event is ‘Responsive Service Delivery in a Challenging Economy’, and it promises to be a gathering of top leaders in the customer service industry, thought leaders, head of organisations, c-level executives ,panelists, customer service technology providers, and policy makers.

The Nigeria Customer Service Awards NCSA 2016 nomination has been collated from a survey and opinion polls, and the winners will be announced at the Awards night on the 6th of October, 2016.

Speaking on the integrity of the awards, MD/CEO of NCSA Dr. Ilias Aliyu said “our partner company Nigeria Mystery Shoppers Providers NMSPTM will carry out research using industry specific standard to determine who will win the award of the Best Customer Service Company in various sectors.”
