MARKETING EDGE on TV hosts Mohammed today

Foremost Marketing and advertising television program, MARKETING EDGE on TV will be hosting Dipo Mohammed, Manager, Brands Marketing & Communications at Inlaks, a foremost ICT Infrastructure and systems integrator in Sub-Saharan Africa today on TVC News Dstv Channel 418 at 12:30pm and WAP TV at 8pm with a repeat broadcast on WAP TV at tomorrow  at 9:30am.

The program which is potpourri of industry news, gist and in-depth conversations about the business of brand management, advertising and marketing communication will be hosting the highly cerebral profession on the ‘Industry Conversation’ segment of the program.

In this interview, Dipo Mohammed on the impact of technology on the marketing communications industry

Dipo Mohammed is the Manager, Brands Marketing & Communications at Inlaks, a foremost ICT Infrastructure and systems integrator in Sub-Saharan Africa. With years of expertise in strategy development, brand promotion, public relations, and corporate communications, he oversees strategic insight and integrated communication for the organisation across eight countries.

His experience cuts across sectors including ICT, Health, Infrastructure, Finance, Research, Oil & Gas, Aviation, FMCG and Corporate Social Investments. He was a Senior Executive at Hill & Knowlton Strategies, a global public relations agency where he managed campaigns for brands including Bolt, Evercare Hospital, Hogan Lovells, IHS Towers, and Enyo.

Mohammed also worked with the Corporate Affairs team at MTN Nigeria and was part of the brand’s ‘many firsts’, including the first trial of 5G in West Africa, the first e-sim trial in West Africa, and the first digital music show in Nigeria, Y’ello Star.

Prior to that, he was Public Relations Executive with Sesema PR overseeing campaigns for Etihad Airways, Friesland Campina WAMCO, Oxford Business Group, Broll Property Group, EFINA, and the World Bank GEM Project for SMEs. He provides strategic brand direction at Blanche Aigle Communications, a fast-rising MarComs agency driving growth for various brands.

Mohammed holds a B.A, in Philosophy from the University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK, and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) UK.
