Olufemi Oguntamu, Founder and CEO of Penzaarville Africa, has been appointed as a judge for the 2025 International Content Marketing Awards (CMA), one of the world’s most prestigious events celebrating excellence in content strategy, creativity, and execution.

Organised by the Content Marketing Association (CMA) in the United Kingdom, the ICMA brings together leading brands, agencies, and content professionals from across the globe to recognise outstanding work in content marketing. Oguntamu’s appointment reinforces his position as one of Africa’s foremost voices in media, marketing, and creative strategy.

As the founder of Penzaarville Africa and with more than 10 years of experience across influencer marketing, PR, talent management and community building, Olufemi has built a reputation for nurturing creators and building sustainable creative businesses. His work centers on helping creators and brands transform visibility into impact and that same sensibility will guide his judgments at the CMA.

In her remarks, Membership and Events Assistant at the CMA, Mrinalini Venugopal, noted that Oguntamu’s experience made him a strong addition to the panel. “Olufemi’s work at the intersection of media, culture, and technology reflects the evolving future of content marketing. His inclusion on the CMA jury will bring valuable perspective to the judging process.”

Reacting to the appointment, Olufemi Oguntamu said: “It is an honour to be part of a global jury that recognises creativity and innovation in content. Great content is about connection and cultural relevance and I look forward to contributing to this process and representing the excellence of African creativity.”

Oguntamu’s inclusion on the CMA jury follows his other judging roles at some of the continent’s most respected creative and industry awards, including the LAIF Advertising Awards, Pulse Influencer Awards, The Future Awards Africa and Artist Connect Africa.

Through Penzaarville Africa, Oguntamu has led strategies that connect brands with audiences through authentic storytelling, digital engagement, and talent-led campaigns. His agency manages and collaborates with several of Africa’s most influential digital creators and has played a key role in bridging the gap between creators, culture, and commerce.

The 2025 International Content Marketing Awards will take place later this year in London, United Kingdom, celebrating creativity and effectiveness in content marketing across multiple categories and industries.
