X3M Ideas marks Anniversary with donation to Chibok School
One of Nigeria’s fastest growing marketing communications agencies, X3M Ideas has provided succor and support to students and teachers of Government Girls secondary School, Chibok. The school were over 200 girls were kidnapped in 2014 while writing WAEC exams.
The agency seized opportunity of the fifth anniversary to donate about 317 sets of chairs and tables to the school in order to enhance learning.
Steve Babaeko, CEO/Chief Creative Officer X3M Ideas, in a recent Facebook post, expressed gratitude to staffs, clients and all the people that believed in the company’s vision and mission.
“Five years ago we planted a mustard seed of an idea watered by the collective faith of about 8 people. Today that idea has grown to become a big tree providing shade for almost 100 people across our group of companies.
“The journey hasn’t been without twists and turns and a few bumps in between. But we remain grateful to God almighty for His love and support. Thanks to everyone past and present that ever contributed to the building of this dream. Thank you to the clients for giving us the opportunity to showcase our talent. Thanks to our friends and well wishers for always cheering us on. A big thank you to Don Draper, a fictional character who inspired greatness in real life.

Happy 5th Anniversary. #X3MideasAccording to Steve Babaeko, CEO, X3M Ideas, from the agency’s analysis of the situation, it was discovered that the student’s were facing waning confidence and likely to lose self-esteem and focus because of the second best treatment.”
Also commenting about the agency’s CSR initiative in Chibok, Babaeko said “with this intervention, we are happy that the Chibok school students now attend classes in the morning as normal students should with bolster confidence and renewed hope for a better tomorrow”, said Babaeko.
This is the first time X3M Ideas will be moving out of Lagos for its annual social intervention projects. “Chibok is not only national but a global issue that affects all. We are extremely delighted to have been able to impact on this crop of future leaders,” he said.
For five years back-to-back, X3M Ideas has consistently delivered impactful social intervention projects. On its first year anniversary in 2013, it renovated a block of 5 classrooms at Opebi Senior High School, Opebi where the agency’s office is based while the following year (2014), it donated some Computers, UPS, air-conditioners for use in the Tech Labs in two schools within Ikeja.
In 2015 X3M Ideas touched lives at the Lagos State Boys Reform home where it donated brand new toilets and bath facilities with complete lighting system while in last year, Ikeja Senior High School got a brand new library courtesy X3M Ideas’ CSR project 2016.
