Music streaming behemoth, Spotify has honored Nigerian Afrobeats sensation, Rema, for his remarkable feat as his track ‘Calm Down,’ featuring Selena Gomez, hits an astounding 1 billion streams on the platform.
Taking place at the O2 arena with its impressive 20,000-person capacity, the historic venue was a fitting choice to celebrate Rema’s global musical triumph. Headlining the concert himself, Rema showcased not only his exceptional achievements but also solidified his position as a trailblazer in the international music scene.
Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ has evolved into a global anthem, resonating with audiences across diverse cultures and regions.
