Sir Steve Omojafor: Marketing Edge Brand Personality of The Decade
Sir Steven Bamidele Omojafor, a renowned advertising practitioner is the Executive Chairman, STB-McCann, Lagos.
Popularly known as Omo Jesu, Sir Steve Omojafor served as the President of the Association of Advertising Practitioners of Nigeria, AAPN, now known as AAAN and Vice President of International Advertising Association IAA, Nigerian Chapter.
He was one time a sub-editor with Daily Times and later dumped journalism to begin a career in advertising as Group Head, Client Service, Lintas Limited and later Client Service Director, Rosabel Advertising. From there he pioneered STB McCann Advertising in partnership with his colleagues at Rosabel.
He served as the Chairman Board of Directors at Zenith Bank Plc until June 16, 2014 and currently serves as its Non-Executive Director. He was conferred with the national merit award of member of the Order of Niger, OON for his numerous contributions to the growth and development of the country.
