OAAN 31st AGM Set to kick off in Calabar

The Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) has concluded plans to hold her 31st Annual General Meeting at the Transcorp Hotel, Calabar between July 28 – 30, 2016.

The event which is a non-election AGM will be declared open by the Executive Governor of Cross Rivers State Dr Benedict Ayade the association has said.

In a statement by the General Secretary of the association in Lagos, Mr. Femi Ogala the meeting will enable the association to receive and consider reports of the General Secretary and the Treasurer together with the audited financial statements of the association for the year ended 31st December and the auditor’s report.

MARKETING EDGE gathered that the event will also provide ample opportunity for stakeholders to address some of the key issues affecting the industry, like its relationship with the different outdoor regulators in the states.

While some member of OAAN are already in Calabar for the event, other key officers are expected to hit town by tomorrow.
