Nigeria mourns media mogul and PDP chieftain, Chief Raymond Dokpesi

Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, a prominent media mogul and founder of AIT/Raypower, has passed away at the age of 71. Dokpesi, who served as the Deputy Director-General Technical and Systems of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council for the February 25, 2023 presidential election, was a highly respected figure within the media industry and the political landscape.

The sad news of Dokpesi’s demise was confirmed in a statement signed by his son, Raymond Dokpesi Jnr. According to the statement, Chief Dokpesi, also known as the Ezomo of Weppa-Wanno Kingdom, passed away on Monday. However, the cause of his death was not disclosed in the announcement.
