Olalekan “Lexian” Akinyele is the creative director at 7even Interactive Limited, a full-service marketing communication agency that specializes in advertising, digital services, and media strategy implementation.
As creative director, Akinyele leads a team of talented and passionate copywriters, designers, and strategists to create and execute effective marketing solutions for clients across various industries.
He has acquired over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a proven track record of delivering results and value for brands and businesses in the largest African market.
His core competencies include design thinking, brand design and development, marketing, and advertising.
Before navigating his career path to 7even Interactive, Akinyele had had a stint at Dentsu McGarryBowen Lagos as Deputy Creative Director; the position that enabled him to successfully devise, develop, and embed an innovative marketing communications campaign that delivered on clients’ brand vision for five years.
He had also led, coached, and mentored a team of Art Directors and copywriters to deliver value for the agency and its clients.
A creative strategist with a Midas touch, Olalekan Akinyele is the Founder and CEO of Colordtees: a creative apparel web-to-print platform, and Xaine Ingenius; a creative design and innovation company focused on designing products, brands, and consumer experiences for start-ups and SMEs.
