Inlaks wins two awards at Temenos conference in Dubai

Inlaks, a leading system integrator in Africa, has been honoured by Temenos as the Best Implementation Partner for Africa. The company also won the award for the Temenos Learning Community’s “Most Improved Partner”.

The award was presented to Inlaks at the Temenos MEA (Middle East and Africa) Partners Conference and Awards in Dubai which held recently.

The company with offices in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana partners leading OEMs in the technology industry to provide world class IT and Infrastructure Solutions that exceed the needs of customers. The firm’s customer base cuts across various segments, including Banking, Telecommunication, Oil/Gas, Power, Manufacturing, Utility and the Distribution sectors of the Economy.

The customer base portfolio also includes six Central Banks in West Africa, 18 of the 24 banks in Nigeria and other major customers in the West African region. According to the company, the solutions and products provided by Inlaks are deployed to drive business growth and set customers above competition.

The Temenos award has added to the growing list of its prestigious recognitions according Inlaks in recent times. Recall that the company was also recently awarded the “ICT Company of the Year” at the Beacon of ICT Awards 2019 in Lagos, Nigeria, for the third consecutive time. The award was organised by the Communications Week Media Limited.

The company has also achieved four ISO certifications in an integrated approach. These certifications were awarded by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB) Canada. The Inlaks Integrated Management System comprises of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management).

According to the Managing Director, Africa Operations, Femi Adeoti, the certifications show the organisation’s commitment to ensuring that products and services offered to both internal and external users maximise business value. He also noted that the ISO certifications were acknowledgements of the fact that Inlaks is committed to delivering impeccable quality; safeguarding employee and information assets and building resilience to events that significantly disrupt business growth.
