CMC Connect rewards hardwork
A leading perception management company in Nigeria, CMC Connect Limited has rewarded two of its long serving employees with new cars as part of the company’s scheme to appreciate and encourage staff efforts while boosting their morale for continued excellence in performance.
Speaking during the gift presentation at the company’s premises, the Group Managing Director, Mr. Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, revealed that the beneficiaries were being compensated for their commitment and dedication to actualising the goals of the organisation.
“This is our way of saying thank you and to recognise the loyalty and considerable amount of effort you put in all that you do. It is a privilege to have such talented, innovative and motivated staff that make all the difference to our clients and other stakeholders. Without the skills and unwavering hard work of every staff, the management would not be able to achieve its corporate objectives, nor would we be able to maintain the smooth running of our operations,” he disclosed.
The company’s Associate Group Head, Brand & Corporate, Mrs. Bola Ayejuni and Associate Group Head, Human Resources, Mrs. Folashade Olorunyomi were the recipients of the surprise gifts of personal cars.
In her response, a visibly overwhelmed Folashade thanked the management and staff of CMC Connect for their support and encouragement that aided her performance.
“The CMC Connect spirit has always been the driving force of all of my efforts and I strongly believe that the organisation is poised to achieving greater heights with our continued commitment.”
In her emotional laden acceptance speech, Bola said, “I deeply appreciate the management and my colleagues for giving me the opportunity to grow. CMC Connect has taught me so much and I will continue to strive towards greatness in every area. I joined CMC Connect as an intern, and today I am an Associate Group Head. For this, I am really grateful.”
