TVC Communications Delegation, led by CEO Andrew Hanlon, engages NBC

On September 5, 2023, a delegation from TVC Communications, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Hanlon, paid a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).
The primary objective of this visit was to provide the Director General and the Commission’s Management with insights into TVC’s journey, outlining its achievements, prospects, and challenges.
During the meeting, Mr. Andrew Hanlon characterized TVC’s trajectory as marked by positive growth, innovation, and substantial investments. He also took the opportunity to seek the Commission’s support to further facilitate TVC’s ongoing development.
In his response, Mall. Balarabe Shehu Ilelah, the Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission, lauded TVC Communications for its remarkable progress, acknowledging its status as one of the nation’s leading television stations. However, he emphasized the importance of TVC’s strict adherence to the Nigeria Broadcasting Code in all aspects of its programming.
Mall. Ilelah also encouraged TVC’s presenters and anchors to maintain the highest ethical standards of the profession while fulfilling their roles and responsibilities within the broadcasting industry.
The visit marked a positive engagement between TVC Communications and the National Broadcasting Commission, fostering cooperation and a commitment to uphold the highest broadcasting standards in Nigeria.
