In commemoration of its 10th anniversary, the Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria (EXMAN) has unveiled a new logo as it gears up to celebrate the achievements, performance and marketing excellence in the Nigerian integrated marketing communication industry.
The unveiling, which was held at Dr. Abayomi Finnih Park, Ikeja, Lagos, was to outline a series activities it has lined up to mark the auspicious occasion as the association turns 10 years.
Speaking during the unveiling, Kehinde Salam, MD/ CEO, Ideas House, said the logo, which has 9 parts built at the venue of the event by some of the pioneer members of the association, was in line with association values and the collaborative spirit among members.
Owolabi Mustapha, General Secretary EXMAN, while speaking to what inspired the logo as well as the choice of colours, said: “The inspiration behind the logo is borne out of the fact that we create unique experiences for our clients and we decided to change the color we had from inception which are majorly three – orange, grey and white. If you look at the orange it represents strength, creativity, brightness in our people and the work that we do. The white means that we are very transparent in our dealings with our clients and we ensure flawless execution, while the grey colour connotes the fact that as an industry and a body, we will continue to collaborate and partner with people.”
“The logo brings out the togetherness we have in us as an association and that is what berths the unique logo we have across our entire communication platform moving forward from today,” he added.
Some of the events lined up for the 10th year anniversary include the launching of gallery bank in order to celebrate those who have worked in the industry over a period of time and those who have contributed immensely to its growth; brand experience summit, Awards and gala night.
