Troyka Holdings restructures itself, set to unveil new IMC group

Insight Redefini Group, a member of Troyka Holdings’ marketing communication group of companies in a short while will do a formal launch of the “Power Of One”. Publicis Groupe engaged a big part of 2016 to conclude its acquisition of 25% stake in the Marketing and Communication arm of TROYKA Holding . This position was disclosed by Insight Redefini’s Group Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe, who informed that the launch will commence second week in March 2017 in Lagos.

“Market dynamics and consumer behavior has changed as Marketing Communication consultants are increasingly challenged to provide client centered solutions”. Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe also mentioned the collective power of the individual consulting companies within Insight Redefini, will provide a more holistic approach to solutions for the benefit of clients. This approach, termed ‘The Power of One’ within the global Publicis Groupe, will be driven by Insight Redefini with a pivot on delivering complete cutting edge clients centric solutions.

Insight Redefini comprises of six Integrated Marketing Communication Companies which includes, Insight Communications, the advertising agency in the group which is now affiliated with Publicis; The Quadrant Company, the public relations agency in the group, which is now affiliated with the MSLGROUP; Media Perspectives and All Seasons Media, both media buying agencies in the group, which are now affiliated with Starcomms Mediavest and Zenith Media respectively; Think Shop, another advertising agency in the group, which is now Leo Burnett; and Hotsauce, a digital marketing agency in the group.
