Venn pointed out that such recognition had tripled the customers flow to the company because of the qualitative services it was rendering to them.
He said: “we got an award from MARKETING EDGE and the most recent one, from the Nigeria Telecommunication Services awards on Saturday, it is great, and it is like an endorsement that we are doing the right thing and that the people are happy with us.

“We certainly got a lot of customers than we have had and a lot of people are now using our network and it is growing tremendously every day, so when you get an industry award it is good, we are quite pleased with it because it is a recognition that we are on the right track and also a recognition from our industry. It is a good recognition and our workers were very pleased” Venn added.

“The impression I have in Nigeria is that, the first thing that the people want is the network that works; that delivers what they want, they want good broadband internet. Secondly, Nigerians want good pricing since they know the value for money.

“But also looking after your customers as well, the relationship the customers have with the service provider, that comes through our customer service department, through our shops, through the treatment that they get whenever they have challenges and they come to Spectranet, all these are important in how the average customer feels about his or her relationship with us”.

He added:”we also have unique capacity to render good quality service to our customers, and on pricing, we provide services that are sustainable and affordable to our customers. We make sure that the packages we offer are good and affordable. We are also trying to adjust the packages to suit the peoples’ budget.”
