Frances Eza: Architect-turned-marketer making waves in the business world

Frances Eza is a consummate and accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience straddling key focus areas such as strategic Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Consulting, Media planning and buying, Brand/Events Management, Business channel Development, Sales, and Public relations.

A distinguished professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial campaigns for clients, Frances holds two degrees in Architecture- a B.es, Bachelor of Environmental Sciences and a B Arch, Master of Environmental Design from the University of Lagos She is also an alumnus of the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, United Kingdom.

A strategic and business sales leader possessing key strengths in product marketing, C-level suite relationship management, business development/management, stakeholder management, and 3rd party vendor management. She has robust expertise in strategic marketing and communications, retail and product marketing, targeted business development, partner account management, large-scale experiential activations, field marketing, strategic media planning, and agency management.

She joined Rack Centre as the Head of Marketing Communications in June 2022, where she is responsible for developing strategic/effective B2B campaigns, coordinating the team, and executing annual brand campaigns.

She started her career as a Client Service Executive with Tequila Events Nigeria, where she was responsible for managing key accounts such as MTN and Guinness Nigeria. She later left for Media Reach OMD as a Media Planning Strategist, planning and buying for PZ Nigeria, Haier Thermocool, and Nutricima accounts. In her quest to gain more knowledge about the marketing communication industry, she teamed up with Connect Marketing Services as Senior Account Director, Sponsorship and Events, where she was charged with providing strategic marketing communications services to brands such as Mastercard Worldwide, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Airtel, MTN, Samsung, LASG, Ericsson and Forbes Africa, a position she held for six years.

In 2014, she joined MainOne as Team Lead, Marketing Communications, driving marketing communications and product marketing strategy for the company. Six years later, in 2020, she joined Omnicom Group of Agencies Nigeria as a Project Management Consultant and Interim Business Director, coordinating all MTN account onboarding process activities to ensure a seamless handover between agencies. She later worked as the Managing Partner at FAE Concepts, providing marketing strategy for real estate investments and consultancy in the Lekki Free Trade Zone area of Lagos.
She is a motivated team player and a fast learner with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and new challenges.
