On the 12th October 2026, the FMN Women Network (FMNWN), the Amazing Amazons, brought a wave of pink, joy and energy to FMN sites nationwide as members came together for a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk in commemoration of Pink October.

Women across the various locations united in one colour and one purpose: to raise breast cancer awareness, promote early detection and show support for those affected by the disease.

Gathering at their respective designated meet points, the Amazons set out on the walk, demonstrating enthusiasm, solidarity and a shared commitment to the cause.

Beyond the walk, the initiative highlighted the importance of regular breast checks, early detection and timely medical attention, while reinforcing the need to support those on their journey to recovery.

With an impressive turnout and infectious energy across all sites, the Amazing Amazons demonstrated that raising awareness is a collective effort.

Every step taken was a step towards greater awareness, early action, and a stronger culture of support.
