EAT‘N’GO attributes good performance to innovation and strategic thinking

Eat’N’Go , a leading QSR Company in Nigeria, has reiterated its commitment to serving its teeming consumers better in the New Year, noting that innovation and in-built creative management strategy have been responsible for its continued market leadership and sustainability.
Commenting on how it navigated the challenging year 2020, Marketing Director, Eat’N’Go, Ilyas Kazeem, stated that the initiative of the leadership team and its smart workforce made a lot of difference. Specifically, the leading QSR Company said it overcame the challenges emanating from Covid-19 pandemic through the setting up of a crisis committee or what he described as a Risk Management Committee.
According to him, the committee was established to help the company navigate the whole pandemic situation. “We had plans to keep our staff and customers safe because safety was the first priority for us”.
He also hinted that the company looked at what other markets like Italy, U. K and the rest were doing in responding to the Covid-19 situation and was able to draw some inspiration. “In fact, before government made wearing of masks compulsory, we had started doing that at our outlets as early as January last year. We then put up a lot of initiatives to ensure delivery without having contacts with customers.
“The combined efforts of a great team driven by innovation and knowledge of the market gave the Eat’N’Go brand a phenomenal success in 2020. In a turbulent year that witnessed a lot of QSR brands under scaling and winding off, it is cheering to note that Eat’N’Go opened new outlets in Kano, Aba, Asaba and Benin during the last quarter of the year (2020).”
