Quickteller expands product offering, unveils new TV campaign
Foremost electronic payment and digital commerce solutions platform, Quickteller, has disclosed it has embarked on a fresh strategic product expansion initiative with the aim to go further beyond its traditional service offerings to consumers in the Nigerian market.
The Interswitch subsidiary company widely known for provision of e-payment services has said it would henceforth extend its product offerings beyond the much familiar traditional spheres of e-payments to now be a predominantly technology service company that will be providing wider range of products and services to consumers.
And in practical demonstration of its current brand positioning, the company has unveiled a new television commercial targeting consumers of the flagship payment platform.
The television commercial which comes in two title variants, namely: “Big Idea” and “Possibilities” aims at positioning Quickteller as a brand that is capable of causing wider range of possibilities in the life of consumers.
The commercial which runs with the pay off ‘Everyday Payment Made Easy’ portrays Quickteller as one payment platform that enables consumers to derive a lot more possibilities of e-payment options.
The campaign themed “Everything is possible” demonstrates the ubiquitous nature of the Quickteller platform. The commercial features popular comedians and celebrities such as Bovi, Ini Dima Okojie, Nollywood actress and Eric Omondi, Kenya based comedian who is considered to be one of the best in Africa.
Both versions of the commercials which is currently running a major TV screens are in furtherance of the previous Quickteller campaign – “One less thing to worry about”, and reiterate the ease and universality of the Quickteller platform. The commercials deploy the use of humour and creativity to subtly drive in the point that on Quickteller, a user can pay for almost anything they can imagine.
Both commercials are a body of great creative thinking and drive home the overarching message that everything is possible on the Quickteller Platform. The commercials both depict the importance of a platform that makes payment possible irrespective of person, location and needs. Quickteller enables everyone to make transactions on the go, with just a few clicks.
Addressing journalists at the formal campaign launch that took place inside the boardroom of Interswitch corporate office complex in Victoria Island, Lagos, Product Marketing Manager, Quickteller, Adedeji Layade, explained that the company was focused and committed to expanding further its product offering far beyond what it is presently known for.
Highlighting the importance of transacting on a platform that provides a vast number of services in the digital payment space, Layade said: “It’s amazing to know that you can pay for almost anything on Quickteller. At Quickteller, we are committed to making all payments possible. This is why we are continuously expanding the services available on our platform.”

Services available on the platform include payment of toll fees, state government payments, purchase of airtime, flight tickets, funds transfer, payment of cable bills (TV), quick loans, event tickets, online shopping from over 100 global stores, JAMB ePins and every other thing you can think of.
