Regal Excites Consumers at Regal Sampling Activation, Road Shows

Leading premium gin from the stable of Grand Oak Limited, Regal Dry Gin, was the toast of consumers as the brand reconnects and excites its numerous customers at the on-going Regal Sampling Activation and Road Shows both of which are taking place simultaneously in the Lagos metropolis.

The events which began on December 15 saw Regal Dry Gin taking its campaign trail to bars, malls, and stores across various parts of the state in a bid to reach out and engage with its loyal consumers.

Speaking about the initiatives by the brand, Brand Manager, Regal Dry Gin, Mr. Niyi Babatunde, said the whole essence of the activation and road show was to reconnect with the consumers of the brand, noting that the activation would continue into the New Year.

Babatunde added that the company thought it wise to celebrate the yuletide season with its consumers by engaging with them and giving them a feel of the various ways that they could consume the brand.

In his words:”The essence of the activation is that we are reconnecting with our consumers; we are engaging with them once again. Regal Dry Gin is all about turn up and shine, so basically this program is just to engage with our consumers and let them have their Regal Dry Gin in a new way, in a new experience.”

“We are giving them a new experience, a new fun filled way of experiencing Regal Dry Gin. You will notice that we are serving the consumers in a mixed format which is cocktail and we also serve those that want to take it straight as well. So, we are encouraging straight consumption as well as mixing with any of your favourite beverages.”

Speaking in the same vein, Sales Representative, Solarem Enterprises, Miss Akanni Abiodun, who was full of appreciation to Regal Dry Gin for engaging with consumers at Ipodo area in Ikeja, said she was indeed impressed by the gesture.

Abiodun noted that the gesture by the brand would further attract more customers to her as a marketer of Regal Dry Gin and other brands from Grand Oak Limited.

She said:”I am one of their marketers; I market, I sell, and I buy their products. We sell some other products that are produced by Grand Oak such as Seaman’s Aromatic schnapps, St. Lauren, Regal Dry Gin, and Lord’s Gin, amongst others. The initiative will enlighten consumers about the brand as well as bring more customers to our store to buy the product.”

Meanwhile, Brand Ambassador, Regal Dry Gin, Mr. God’stime Ngadi, said that since the officials of the brand got to the Ipodo area in Ikeja, consumers and lovers of the brand had been patronizing the brand.

Ngadi noted that the importance of the activation was to enlighten both existing and prospective consumers that Regal Dry Gin is a gin that can be consumed by everybody.

He added: “That is why we are here to show them that they can either drink Regal straight or in cocktail form by mixing it with some other drinks or recipes of their choice. The drink is actually for everybody. Our target here is everyone above the age of 18 years.”

“Since we are here, consumers have been coming around to have a taste of the brand and most of them even patronize us by buying the product.”

On his part, one of the consumers, Mr. Rasaki Omo-Aizogie, said there has been a lot of improvement on the brand.

Omo-Aizogie stressed that he had been a regular consumer of Regal Dry Gin, adding that he was glad that the brand took out time to engage and celebrate the yuletide with consumers at the Ipodo area of Ikeja.

In his words: “I always go to parties and I take a lot of hot drinks so I will advise the consumers and my friends here to patronize Regal Dry Gin. The brand is very nice for consumption and there has been a lot of improvement by the company”

Another consumer, Mr. Daniel Dada, while appreciating the brand said: “I just drank Regal Dry Gin now with some cocktail recipes and with a cucumber fruit inside. It is really nice and we thank the brand for showing us love by coming to our area to engage and bond with us.”
