PAU appoints Okekearu as Director of Enterprise Development Centre

Pan-Atlantic University’s (PAU’s) Governing Council has appointed Nneka Okekearu as Director of the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, with effect from January 1, 2023.
The incoming Director of the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) Lekki Campus, is an effective, result-oriented professional with core expertise in strategy, leadership, trade services, business incubation, customer service and programme management.
She brings 24 relevant years experience in entrepreneurship development, banking, oil & gas and telecommunications to her new appointment.
Commenting on her new position, Mrs. Okekearu said: “Spending years in diverse sectors of the economy have provided the breadth and depth of experience I need to make key contributions to any organization’s revenue, logistics and value streams.
“As an avid gender specialist, I have successfully mentored over 500 women entrepreneurs who as a result have seen an increase in revenues, confidence and product lines.”
Prior to her new responsibility, Mrs. Okekearu was the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University.
She has a BSc and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and also a Doctorate on Entrepreneurship/ Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Bradford.
