SBC taps Yemi Faseun as its new chief corporate services officer

Seven-Up Bottling Company (SBC) has appointed Yemi Faseun as its new chief corporate service officer.
Faseun stated on his LinkedIn page what his role entails – it reads: “In my current role, I have strategic responsibilities for the following business enabling functions: Human Resources
Administration, Legal Corporate Communications, The Training Academy, and the Coaching Academy.”
Faseun is a business leader with almost 30 years of multi-sector experience. He is an an elected Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), recognised as Top 501 Most Fabulous Global HR Leader, Top 150 Global HR Influencer, Top 8 HR Thought Leader in Africa, Top 50 Personality on LinkedIn, Best Revenue Sales Supporting HR, Workbooth Top 50 Career Influencer, Tech Times Africa Top 3 Africa HR Influencer, and PeopleHum Top 200 2021 Global Thought Leader.
Prior to working with Seven-Up Bottling Company, he was formerly the Head, Human Resources at Globacom, he held the same position at FBNQuest Merchant Bank and at a time the Interim Chief Operating Officer FBNQuest where he in addition to his role as head he was responsible for IT, Banking Operations, Business Process Management, General Services & Special Projects.
He was also Head, Business Partnering, Resourcing and Employee Relations at Etisalat, and worked at Stanbic IBTC Bank as Head, Human Resources, Head Client Service & Resourcing, Manager.
He has a passion for developing the younger professionals, impacting knowledge and adding value to the society at large. He plays leadership roles on various HR professional Networks and is reputed for excellent content delivery at various HR and leadership forums. This has led to countless awards for his excellent contribution to Human Capital Development in Nigeria.
Faseun is an adept professional with a quest for delivery within challenging environments where excellence, leadership and teamwork are paramount. He has a keen penchant for delivering proven and measurable results; he has a strong passion for Human Resource Management practice as evidenced by his experience and formal training.
Faseun is a Public Speaker, Mentor, Trainer and a Career Coach. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master’s of Business Administration from University of Ilorin. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, CIPMN, holding the MCIPM Certification.
