Smile Communications launches SMifi

Smile Communications Nigeria Limited, a broadband service provider, has introduced a new SMifi data bundle device, which comes cheaper with increased data bundle plan and validity period.

The new SMifi data bundle plan, allows customers stay longer on the internet, while browsing, with enhanced user experience.

Announcing the product recently, Mrs. Alero Ladipo, the Chief Marketing Officer of Smile Communications, , said the new product offer comes with a combination of New SMifi plus 5GB and 30 days validity, for as low as N14,000. This is a reduction from the N16, 000 it was initially sold, in spite of the additional features.

Explaining the new features, Ladipo said it is capable of connecting up to 10 Wifi client devices simultaneously; including Wi-Fi enabled tablets, 3G smartphones, and laptops. She stated further that it comes with the Play and Play feature, which automatically eliminates the installation of plug and drivers before usage, which again, makes it the easiest and quickest way to connect all devices to Smile’s super-fast 4G LTE broadband.

Giving reasons for introducing the new SMifi, Ladipo said the demand for mobile data in Nigeria is on the increase and that Smile Communications is matching the new trend of demand with its innovative products that would satisfy the needs and demands of Nigerians in the area of internet access.

“We are broadband company, delivering internet services to our customers at cheaper rates and we will continue to do so in order to provide internet access to all Nigerians,” Ladipo said.
