Odufeso appointed MD/CEO of ChamsAccess

ChamsAccess Limited, a leading access and technology solutions company in Nigeria has appointed Dr. (Mrs) Olayemi Odufeso as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
In a statement recently posted on LinkedIn, the company noted that Odufeso’s proven leadership, innovation and excellent track record will take ChamsAccess to a greater height.
It further noted that the appointment is a testament to her hardwork, dedication and unwavering commitment to the organization’s vision.
With this new appointment, Dr. Odufeso brings to bear her 18 years of experience in transaction management, leadership, strategy, and financial expertise.
Before her new designation, she had held various key roles within the organization, including Group Head of Corporate Planning, Head of Corporate Services and Planning, and Transaction Manager.
Dr. Odufeso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Science degree from the University of Ibadan.
She is also an alumna of the International Leadership Academy and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Executive Leadership and Management from Geofidel Institute for Leadership & Management, UK, and Stratford University, USA.
She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC Nigeria) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
Odufeso is widely regarded for her impressive academic credentials and extensive experience in the corporate world.
Expressing her delight in the appointment, the new ChamsAccess CEO said the role comes with immense responsibility and opportunity to drive meaningful impact at the organization.
She however acknowledged the support of the founder of Chams HoldCo. Plc, Demola Aladekomo, Mrs Mayowa Olaniyan, the Group Managing Director and other top management staffs and colleagues in the organization.
With her new position, Dr. Odufeso is expected to lead ChamsAccess Ltd towards further advancements in delivering secure platforms for transactions and verification, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing excellent technology and business intelligence solutions.
CharmsAccess has been steadily carving innovative path in Nigeria since its inception in 2007. The company, Initially focused on self-service kiosks and ATMs but has undergone a strategic transformation processes.
