Mr Bigg’s unveils Amuwo Odofin store, excites customers with new experience
In a bid to reposition its brand, Mr Bigg’s, one of the leading quick service restaurants has opened a state-of-the-art store in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State.
UAC Restaurants Limited said the new approach promised to sustain excellence in wide variety of dishes, pastries and confectionaries to the delight of its teeming consumers, which is the heritage of Mr Bigg’s.
Speaking on the new combo restaurant, the restaurant manager, Olorode Sadiq, said: “The new outlet is designed to sustain the heritage of the 33 years old outfit by raising the customer service to a new level.
“The new store is patterned to deliver high-quality food and good ambience as the basic standard. The menu offering is aimed at providing wide variety of choices to meet the customers’ tastes and trends.”
Meanwhile, residents of Amuwo Odofin and Festac Town, suburbs in Lagos, have commended UAC Restaurants, owners of Mr. Bigg’s for locating a contemporary combo store housing two of its brands – Mr Bigg’s and Debonairs Pizza in their neighbourhood.
While commending the new outlets housed by Peridot Filling station along Festac link road at Amuwo Odofin, Chief Ademola Shabi, a businessman said: “The location of this store could not have come at a better time as the country prepares to celebrate its 59th independence anniversary.”
Shabi, who said he was a fan of Debonairs Pizza, described the new combo store as a fantastic place for family hangout. “Unlike other outlets, this new one meets international standard with quality service and good ambience for all occasions.”
Another customer, Linda Moneme, who visited with her family expressed joy over the new store particularly the state-of-art facilities and excellent customer service.
“A good family restaurant is one that offers delicious food that reminds people of the favorite meals their mothers cooked when they were kids,” she said.
Mrs. Moneme further pointed that “Apart from good food, the new store also possesses capacity for customer service and its response time beats others around the environ.”
Corroborating the testimonials of several customers at the combo store, Kenneth Joseph, an entrepreneur said: “I didn’t know it was Mr Bigg’s until I was told,” adding that “as you can see, their service is topnotch and the environment is unbelievable. We are enjoying every bit of it.”
Reinstating his previous experiences, Joseph noted: “I can boldly say that customer orientation in the new restaurant is of high standard compared to anywhere in the world. The car park is spacious, the food is excellent, the customer service is topnotch and so is the tidy convenience.”
The Amuwo Odofin outlet has a cozy ambience backed up by excellent service delivery by top professionals in the industry to give customers unmatched experience in a friendly setting. It would be recalled that UAC Restaurants Limited recently commenced remodeling of its Mr Bigg’s stores nationwide in a new initiative aimed at positively redefining the lifestyle of its numerous customers.
UAC Restaurants Limited began the remodeling of Mr Bigg’s store with the commissioning of Northwest Filling Station, Victoria Garden City Lekki outlet in July 2019.
