Flour Mills Nigeria, PLC, a leading food and agro-allied company has appointed Lara Yeku, as Head of HR, Food Commercial Division.
The versatile professional and highly experienced professional announced this on her LinkedIn page.
She said: “Effective March 01, 2023, I was appointed as Head of HR, Food Commercial Division at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. This is as a result of the strategic changes in FMN management structure to extract value from synergy and transform FMN productivity to accelerate the achievement of our corporate vision.
“I am thrilled about my new role as it offers me the opportunity to continue to provide strategic people and organizational leadership support and partnership to our Commercial Food Leadership team. Additionally, my new role affords me the leverage to learn and deepen my commercial acumen and bring onboard my business analysis knowledge and skills in driving our strategic commercial transformation agenda.

In this role, she is expected to provide strategic HR business partnership to the commercial leadership team as well as improve commercial competencies and capabilities of talents to drive the Food Commercial transformation agenda of the company to increase profitability, volume & market share driven by consumer demand & insights that deliver maximum value for all our stakeholders.
