Flutterwave expands frontier with Kenya investment move

In a bid to launch into the East African market, Flutterwave, Africa’s leading payment technology company, has expanded its frontier investment commitment to the Kenya market.
The strategy move was to continue in its innovative, collaborative, investment and commitment to providing economic growth in Kenya and Africa.
Announcing this on his LinkedIn page, Olugbenga Agboola, Founder & CEO at Flutterwave, noted that he met with the Kenya President William Ruto to discuss his commitment to continue investing in Kenya.
His words: “I was honored to meet with H.E. Dr. William Ruto during his just concluded state visit to the US, to discuss our commitment to continue investing in Kenya. Alongside my colleague Oluwabankole Falade, who is our Chief Regulatory and Public Policy Officer, our conversation with Mr. President centered on the importance of innovation, collaboration, investments and commitment to driving economic growth in Kenya.”
Agboola further noted that Kenya is super strategic for us as a primary market and an entry point into an important region; East Africa. Some of our best Wavers work out of our Nairobi office and we couldn’t be any prouder of the effort they put into growing our presence in the region.
