EUC Homes hosts marketing stakeholders to mark two-year anniversary

Renowned real estate company, Elegant Unique Comfortable (EUC) Homes, has hosted consultants and marketing stakeholders to commemorate its two years of operation in Nigeria.

The company has grown to become one of the leading real estate companies in the country within a short period and has won series of awards for its outstanding real estate offerings in the country. Recently, it won the Most Promising Real Estate Firm of the Year 2017 at the City People Magazine Real Estate Awards.

The Managing Director, EUC Homes, Ben Odunzeh said the company offers customers affordable properties with its flexible payment plans, adding that it is positioned as a real estate hub for unique and quality homes.

Over the last decade, the Nigerian real estate industry has experienced significant growth, and has risen to become the 5th biggest contributor to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Despite the economic challenges and a full-year recession in 2016, that affect every sector of the economy including real estate industry.

Odunzeh pointed that his company was able to weather the storm during the period with its affordable offerings and marketing strategy.

With Nigeria out of recession, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), he is optimistic that more individuals and businesses will be willing to invest in properties.

Speaking on the EUC Homes competitive edge, he said “EUC Homes is one of the largest real estate networks in West Africa, having 18,000 consultants marketing our products.”

The company recently embarked on rebranding effort, which included the unveiling of a new logo and additional offerings for its consultants and customers. It has numerous estates in Ibeju-Lekki, Oworonshoki and others which include: Palmsville Courts, Wolverton Courts, Hampton Court, Springwood Courts, Third Mainland Courts among others.

The Third Mainland Courts is one of the prime estates of the company, located at the Oworonshoki Waterfront, Oworonshoki Opposite the renowned Third Mainland Bridge. The estate has an organized architectural layout that supports residential, commercial, educational and recreational project.
