Dana Air partners NESG to boost ‘Made in Nigeria’ goods

Dana Airline is joining the call on Nigerians by the Federal Government to embrace the ‘Made in Nigeria’ goods and services campaign as it has partnered with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group on the forthcoming Nigerian Economic Summit (NES#22), scheduled to hold from October 10 to 12, 2016, at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

The summit which is the 22nd edition with the theme: ‘Made in Nigeria’ would help in promoting the ‘Made in Nigeria’ goods and services campaign and making it a success in the country.

Speaking on the partnership, the Accountable Manager, Dana Air, Mr. Obi Mbanuzuo, said that the airline has always been consistent in rendering its support to the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.

Mbanuzuo stressed that the airline was supporting NESG because the theme for this year’s summit resonated with the vision of the company as a proudly Nigerian brand.

According to him,: “Contrary to the wrong perception people have. “We believe our country can achieve its full potential, if only we put everything into supporting our own. At Dana Air, we are proud of our contents and we are always happy to contribute in our little way to the economic development of our dear country, Nigeria.’’

Mbanuzuo further noted that the firm’s recently supported the Made in Nigeria Festival in Lagos which also underscored its desire for increased consumption of made in Nigeria goods and services.

He stressed that Dana Air was providing complimentary air tickets to facilitate the transportation of the organizers and special guests to the summit, adding that the airline would be offering all delegates a special discount on air tickets during the summit.
