CMC Connect appoints former KPMG chairman Kunle Elebute as chairman-designate

CMC Connect LLP (Perception Consulting), a leading public relations and strategic communication firm in Nigeria, has announced that Kunle Elebute will assume the role of Chairman-Designate, succeeding the current chairman, Akinmolu Opeodu, effective January 1, 2025.

Elebute, who served as the National Senior Partner at KPMG Nigeria from 2016 to 2022, brings more than four decades of corporate experience to the board. He chaired KPMG Africa from 2017 to 2022 and was a board member of KPMG International, representing Europe, the Middle East, and Africa during the same period. He currently serves as board chair for Teach for Nigeria, PSI Nigeria, and Gerrard Capital Advisory Services.
