BUA Group Celebrates Customer Service Week

BUA Group, Nigeria’s leading foods and infrastructure conglomerate, last week, joined leading organizations across the globe to celebrate the 2017 international customer service week.

The International Customer Service Week is usually celebrated in the first full week of October and this year’s theme was “Fostering Mutual Trust” with various activities held across BUA Group and its subsidiaries to commemorate the week.

In a statement, BUA Group noted that its business thrives on excellence, commitment, innovation and respect for customers and end-users who are key to the survival and sustainability of any business.

Commenting on the theme of this year’s celebration, O’tega Ogra, Group Head, Corporate Communications at BUA Group said the CSW was a time to further assure and reiterate the importance of a long lasting relationship built on trust with all stakeholders.

Ogra said BUA Group will continue to appreciate its customers in diverse ways including through the provision of value added services and quality products to meet their individual and business needs in a sustainable manner.
