All is set for Canon Europe launch in Nigeria

All is now set for the official launching of Canon Europe, a subsidiary of Canon Inc. of Japan, a world-leading innovator and provider of imaging solutions products at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos on October 7, 2016.

The launch of Canon Europe is happening despite Nigeria’s biting economic recession which has forced many companies to cut down on their investment in Nigeria.
This development was disclosed by Managing Director of Black Purist Media Limited (BPM), Chidima Madumere in a recent interview. Black Purist Media Limited is the Public Relations agency in charge of organising the launch.

She noted that the coming of Canon to Nigeria was a very good idea adding that it was borne out of the initiatives of Canon Central and North Africa to establish a much bigger business presence in Africa.

She stressed that Canon’s presence in Nigeria will instantly eradicate the purchasing of Canon products from the grey markets adding that consumers can now have a direct interface and purchase the brand’s products directly from the firm.

“It is also an opportunity for consumers to learn how to properly use the new Canon products from the manufactures. We envisage an incredible relationship between Canon users and the Canon brand in Nigeria and we cannot wait to see the relationship unfold” Madumere said.
