Airtel Strengthens Network Quality for Enterprise Customers

In a drive to deepen its network quality and provide innovative solutions to its enterprise customers, Airtel Nigeria, a top telecommunication brand in Nigeria has scaled up its investments in its enterprise network infrastructure. This was made known to the public recently at an exclusive forum for its corporate customers recently in Lagos.

At the forum, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airtel Nigeria, Segun Ogunsanya, disclosed that the company has just completed an Automatic Optical Switching Network (ASON), which will provide multi-path protection on Airtel’s fibre transmission network adding that the brand also launched a new ‘trouble ticketing tool’ and a Network Operating Centre for its Enterprise customers.

According to Ogunsanya, these new investments demonstrate the company’s commitment to providing exceptional and highly innovative services and solutions to its customers.
