AXA Mansard Insurance appoints new Director, 2 others resign
AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. has announced the resignation of 2 of its Non-Executive Directors, Lesley Ndlovu and Thomas Wilkinson from the Board with effect from December 30, 2020.
The Board and Management of AXA Mansard Insurance commend Ndlovu and Wilkinson for their overall and effective contributions to the development of the Company during their tenure on the Board.
On another development, AXA Mansard Insurance has also announced the appointment of Mr. Kuldeep Kaushik as Director.
Kaushik, who has over 18 years’ experience in corporate & business strategy, business transformation and operational excellence, business development, programme management, change management and technology consulting and, who also has extensive experience in Life, Savings and Health Insurance businesses join the Board of AXA Mansard Insurance as a Non-Executive Director.
His appointment has been duly approved by National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of AXA International and New Markets. Prior to his appointment, Kaushik worked at AXA Hong Kong where he headed the Operations & Transformation team.
