Coca-Cola has introduced a refreshed global brand identity designed to deliver a more consistent and recognizable experience for consumers across every interaction with the brand, from product packaging and retail spaces to digital platforms and branded equipment.
Already, the company has commenced the rollout across key international markets, including Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, signalling a renewed commitment to presenting a unified brand image worldwide.
Rather than introducing an entirely new visual direction, Coca-Cola has reinforced the distinctive brand elements that have shaped its identity for decades.
Consequently, the refreshed system places stronger emphasis on the iconic red and white colour palette, the Dynamic Ribbon, the Arden Square and the legendary Spencerian script logo, ensuring these assets become even more visible across advertising, packaging and marketing communications globally.

According to the company, the updated identity is intended to create greater harmony across international markets while preserving the familiar visual cues that consumers instantly recognize. At the same time, the initiative is expected to strengthen brand consistency, improve recognition and position Coca-Cola for sustained global growth.
Explaining the rationale behind the redesign, Arnab Roy, President of Coca-Cola Global Category, said the evolution reflects the company’s determination to modernize its brand without losing the visual heritage that has made Coca-Cola one of the world’s most recognizable names.
He explained that the refreshed identity builds on existing consumer associations with the brand, adding that the company deliberately chose to refine its signature assets rather than replace them.

Furthermore, he noted that the strategy will enable Coca-Cola to present a more seamless and cohesive image across diverse markets while supporting its long-term expansion ambitions.
Meanwhile, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar is also receiving a significant packaging refresh as part of the broader transformation. The updated design introduces larger “Zero Sugar” messaging, a bolder black Dynamic Ribbon on cans and black bottle caps on PET bottles.
In addition, these enhancements are expected to improve product differentiation while maintaining a clear visual connection with the master Coca-Cola brand.
Echoing the company’s vision, Rapha Abreu, Global Vice President of Design at The Coca-Cola Company, said the refreshed visual identity has been developed to create a stronger, more unified and instantly recognizable brand experience for consumers across global markets.
Altogether, the redesign reinforces Coca-Cola’s strategy of modernizing its global image by leveraging its most valuable brand assets, thereby ensuring every consumer touchpoint consistently reflects the company’s timeless identity while preparing the brand for its next phase of worldwide growth.
