She is a force in African brand marketing and an award-winning executive with nearly two decades of transforming consumer brands into household names and business teams into growth engines.

With two decades of experience across Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) giants and emerging market leaders, she has shaped some of Nigeria’s most iconic brands with a distinct mix of strategic foresight, creative excellence, and commercial savvy.

As the Marketing Director at IMPERIO INTERNATIONAL LTD, Roseline leads the brand’s growth transformation agenda with a visionary approach that blends innovation with consumer-centric strategy. Her career is a testament to marketing mastery: from spearheading the rise of Molfix to category dominance in Nigeria, to overseeing campaigns that earned ADVAN’s Brand of the Year in both 2018 and 2019, and orchestrating over 20 award- winning brand launches across multiple categories.

A graduate of Economics from Abia State University with an MBA from Business School Netherlands, Roseline is also a Tiger School of Marketing Magic (South Africa) alumna. She holds distinguished professional fellowships including Fellow, Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria, and WIMBOARD Fellow (2024) and currently serves as an Executive Council Member of ADVAN, Nigeria’s leading body of brand owners.

Roseline has held senior leadership roles across Hayat Kimya Nigeria, NNFEMS Group, Tiger Brands (Dangote Flour Mills), PZ Cussons Nigeria, and Union Diagnostics.
