SLOT unveils Slot.ng, mobile app
In a bid to serve its customers better, the Slot Systems Limited on Thursday unveiled an online platform, the Slot.ng and Slot Mobile App.
Speaking at the well attended ceremony at the Civic Centre Victoria Island, the Group Managing Director of Slot, Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo described the new platform as paradigm shift from the analog to digital service.
With Slot.ng and Slot Mobile App, Ezeigbo explained that the teeming slot customers would have access to the company and its products on real time bases.
According to him, the Slot.ng and Slot App is not just a presentation of new products but a n opportunity to promote value and reputation of slot company.
“We have brought to you slot on your fingers tips. An enabler that will make use access 50 retail shops of slot products real time,” he noted.
Slot.ng and Slot App is a platform to sell data and a digital place to listen and give better understanding to slot customers.
Beside the Slot.ng and Slot App, the company brought to its customers another exciter, the TRADE-IN. “This is a new trade where customers can exchange their old phones for new ones.For us it is about value with emphasis on cost saving, this is the right time to go online,” he said.
The slot mobile app comes with version 1.0, one-on-one chat, and notification of hot deals, promos and order. The company also announced its screen insurance trade where customers can actually insure the screen of their phones with just 5 per cent of the cost price.
