OAAN goes to Abeokuta for AGM
The Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) has announced plans to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
In a notice signed by General Secretary, Olusola Akinsiku, the AGM will hold on Friday, 25th June 2021 at the conference Hotel, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
According to the statement, “only member-companies represented by their chief executive officers or proxies and that have fully paid all financial dues will be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
The highpoint of the programme will be the dissolution of current executive council, election of member of the new Executive Council. This will be after the consideration and acceptance of the presidential, secretarial and financial reports together with the audited financial statements of the Association for the year ended 31st December, 2020. The meeting will also consider the auditors’ report, the reports of committees and approve the admission of new member-companies.
