9mobile hosts customer forum to deepen market penetration
In a bid to interact with its customers and deepen its market penetration, one of Nigeria’s leading telco operators, 9mobile, is set to host a customer forum for its teeming customers. The event, which will be held on 29th November, 2020 in the ancient city of Kano, will provide an opportunity for customers to engage directly with the brand and provide valuable insights on the product offerings and services of the innovative brand.
Speaking on the event on its LinkedIn page, the innovative and customer-friendly telco said: “In keeping with our promise of superior Customer Experience, our senior management team will be in Kano to host a Customer Forum Event. Our Chief Executive Officer, Alan Sinfield Chief Commercial Officer, Stjepan Udovicic and other senior members of 9mobile will be on ground and happy to take feedback, comments and suggestions.”
The customer forum promises to be interactive as current and intending subscribers will have the opportunity to ask questions about the brand from management and staff. The customer forum has been a veritable platform for customers of 9mobile to relate with the brand in a convivial environment.
