Victoria Ajayi resumes as TVC’s MD/CEO

Following the announcement of her appointment made on the 29th of February, newly appointed group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TVC Communications, Victoria Abiola Ajayi, has resumed her new position on the 1st of May 2024.
In her new role, Victoria Ajayi will be responsible for managing all aspects of the TVC Communications brands. She is dedicated to maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, while also focusing on sustainable business expansion and creating value for stakeholders.
Victoria’s extensive experience and expertise acquired over the past decade and a half within the company makes her well-suited for the new position. With a demonstrated history of strategic financial management and corporate leadership, Victoria is prepared to guide TVC Communications through its upcoming stages of growth and innovation.
Commenting on this new milestone, she said, “l am honoured and excited to lead TVC Communications as we embark on this new chapter. I will be working closely with the talented team at TVC Communications to achieve our strategic objectives.”
Victoria possesses a robust educational foundation that complements her professional skills. With an MBA from IESE Business School, she offers a distinctive combination of financial acumen and leadership prowess essential for driving business expansion. She is an elected member of the global governing council of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and currently serves on the advisory board of a gender finance and impact investment Fintech.
Additionally, she holds memberships at the Institute of Directors and The Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria.
Victoria Abiola Ajayi is a seasoned business executive, an accomplished author and leadership expert who is dedicated to empowering women in their professional journeys. Her advocacy for women leadership extends to her role as the founder of Accounting Women’s Network Nigeria, where she actively engages and equips women for executive and strategic leadership roles. Her current project, Women Inclusive Boardroom Africa (WIBA), a social enterprise that seeks to develop a pipeline of women ready to take on boardroom positions will be unveiled soon.
Victoria relentlessly educates emerging female leaders through her instructive videos on YouTube, her social media channels @vaainsights, and her Rising Leaders podcast on Spotify. She has been recognised globally as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting, one of the Top 100 Career Women in Nigeria and one of 50 Inspiring Women in Nigeria.
