Transsion Holdings launches Scooper, a new content App
Transsion Holdings, parent company of Tecno, Infinix and itel has launched a premium news and fun content App called Scooper.
The official launch of the App which took place at the Transsion Holdings office in Ikeja, Lagos is a well designed and intuitive App which already has over 3.8 million downloads from the Google Play Store.
Scooper announced its presence with the promise of “more than just news” which aggregates latest news stories and fun contents from all over the world.
The App aggregates content from diverse areas of interest and enables its users explore up-to-date news in categories such as politics, lifestyle, sports, business, tech, human interest stories and opinion articles.
Speaking at the official launch, Head of Marketing Communications, Nancy Nwachukwu, stated that the aim of the app was to meet the needs of Nigerians by enabling them to get quality information.
Nwachukwu added that even though the app is yet to be on IOS devices, it will be available soonest as the organization is making frantic efforts to achieve such feat.
She pointed out that the App has had over 434,179 thousand subscribers since December 2018, noting that what makes the scooper exceptional is its quality features such that the newest version possesses a lovely interface.
According to her, scooper boosts users experiences, noting that a subscriber can get a catch up notification, reward for reading news/books such that the more you read and get referrals through your link, the more you earn a coin which can turn to money on the long run, as well as a data saving feature and special content centres.
