The 2023 Spotify Wrapped report revealed Burna Boy’s dominance, also recognizing him as the most streamed artist in Africa.

Following closely behind is Amr Diab, an Egyptian singer and actor, securing the second position with 6.8 million followers. Wizkid holds the fifth spot with 4.9 million followers, while Davido ranks seventh with 4.37 million followers. Rema clinches the eighth position with 4 million followers.

The diverse list, comprising 18 artists, showcases a mix of nationalities, including 10 Nigerians, four Egyptians, two Moroccans, one Algerian, and one South African.
