Aralepo becomes Mastercard Foundation’s Global Head Finance

The Mastercard Foundation, one of the largest foundations in the world committed to the promotion of financial inclusion in Africa has appointed an astute financial professional, Oluwatoyin Aralepo as the Global Head of Finance, Programs FP&A.
Sharing this exciting news on her Linkedin handle, the business leader who has honed her skills for over two decades of offering financial services said: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Head of Finance, Programs FP&A at Mastercard Foundation”.
Prior to her appointment at Mastercard Foundation, she was the Director Corporate Excellence & Programme Management at IHS Towers where she organised and prioritised critical strategy, financial and operational information to facilitate effective and efficient decision-making by the CEO among other functions.
Oluwatoyin Aralepo is a commercially astute business leader and a Finance professional, with over two decades’ experience, having carved a niche as a strategic finance expert in building solid financial structures, maximizing her over 20 years of expertise in finance management, business development consulting, financial modeling and analysis, and Investments Management.
Her career has spanned banking, telecommunication, and fintech sectors, working with clients at the higher end of the organisational spectrum, guiding them across a variety of financial services and strategies, and implementing result-based methodologies which helped them to make sound financial decisions, enabling them to drive the organisations to the desired financial and business goals.
